The agreement allows the customer to include Vidhance Video Stabilization, Vidhance Live Auto Zoom, and additional features in the Vidhance portfolio of future smartphones produced by the customer. The agreement lasts for three years and includes, in addition to licensing rights, support and maintenance.
Since revenue from the agreement is largely based on the number of delivered units from the customer, which is outside of Imin’s control, a quantifiable order value can not be specified. For reasons of privacy, Imint can not provide more details about the customer or customer’s intended products. More information may be published in conjunction with the customer’s forthcoming product launches.
