The OR has limits. Your expertise shouldn't.

Vidhance for Surgery
Vidhance for Surgery is a software platform that turns head-mounted cameras into clinical-grade remote collaboration tools. It runs on the headset worn by the surgeon or nurse, and on a tablet or computer used by the remote observer – stabilising the video feed in real time and giving the observer full remote control of the camera view.
Beyond stabilisation and camera control, the platform includes Click & Lock – which autonomously anchors the view on specific anatomy or instruments even as the camera moves – and Instant Hi-Res Snapshot, which captures a full-resolution still image mid-stream for documentation or diagnostic reference.
The system connects over the internet or via a local network, and runs on standard commercial hardware.
Train without crowding the OR
Trainees observe live procedures from another room – seeing exactly what the surgeon sees, without entering the OR. The observer can lock the view to specific anatomy or instruments with Click & Lock, and follow the procedure at the level of detail the training requires.
Supervise from anywhere
Remote specialists follow procedures in real time and control the camera view directly from their screen – framing, zoom and Click & Lock without any input from the wearer. Instant Hi-Res Snapshot captures full-resolution stills mid-stream for documentation or follow-up.
Assess and treat across distance
Nurses and caregivers in home care or field environments share a stable, first-person view with remote specialists – hands-free, without holding a camera steady. The remote expert controls the view directly and captures high-resolution stills without interrupting the caregiver’s workflow.

How it works
The surgeon or nurse wears the head-mounted camera. The video feed is stabilised in real time – clear and controlled even as they move, with no manual adjustment required.
The remote specialist or trainee follows the procedure live on an observer tablet from a separate location. They control framing and zoom directly from their screen, and can use Click & Lock to autonomously anchor the view on specific anatomy or instruments – without any input from the wearer.
The system connects over a local network or the internet, and runs on standard commercial hardware.

The easiest way to get started
